Future Development
As we look to the long-term future of Trinidad, we see many potential development opportunities ahead. There are several properties ripe for purchase and renovation to include the local Catholic school and Convent. These properties have the potential to support a new school, residential development and/or even and independent or assisted living community for our aging residents.
In addition to these downtown properties, there also exist opportunities outside of Trinidad proper for residential growth and recreation to include in the areas of Trinidad Lake and Fishers Peak.
